I have been meaning to send this email for a very long time now but I never get the chance to do so. I moved into The Abbey at Medical Center back in May of 2009. I’ve lived in the smallest one bedroom from May 2009 thru June 2011.
I just recently moved into the biggest two bedroom at the same property. Ever since I started looking for apartments back in March and April of 2009 Melissa has been absolutely awesome.
I can honestly say that if there wasn’t for Melissa, I wouldn’t be living at the Abbey at Medical today. She is so helpful, understanding and professional. Anytime I have a question or concern, I email or call and she is very quick with her response. Her maintenance team does an amazing job as well as they are quick in their response to any service requests. I have been more than pleased with Melissa as she makes the Abbey at Medical look very good.
The office staff has changed over the course of the two years, but Melissa has remained a constant in there that I feel comfortable with. For selfish reasons I hope that Melissa will stay at the Abbey at Medical for as long as I live there.

Brian and I would like to thank you for all that you’ve done thus far as we’ve settled into our apartment. You have all been so helpful.
To the staff, thanks for the help with paperwork. I know it is not ideal to fax everything and correspond via phone. You’ve been more than accommodating and we thank you for that. Also a big thanks for helping Brian’s parents as they helped us move before we arrived. We appreciate all your understanding in our situation. Lastly, thanks for all the welcoming spirit and helpful attitudes!
To the Maintenance Crew, thanks for popping our lock off the U-Haul! You saved us a lot of time, worry, and money not to mention saving Brian from an earful from his wife. You’re the best! Thanks again!

A year ago I found it necessary to move and I was very leery about moving into an apartment complex since I was accustomed to living in a home. I was sure that no apartment community could provide me with the sense of home that I have always enjoyed. I was wrong. Choosing to live at The Abbey At Medical Center has been a great decision. The leasing staff is more than knowledgeable, capable and willing to help the residents. The maintenance staff is always on the ready as well to help and remedy any concerns in the off chance that something goes wrong in my apartment. The sense of pride that the staff here at The Abbey At Medical Center demonstrates is contagious, as I am proud to say that I live here. That said, thank you!!!

I moved to The Abbey At Medical Center several months ago after enduring a very abusive relationship. My children and I were able to find peace, security, safety, and a very strong support system at The Abbey At Medical Center. I will stay as long as they will let me. I cannot say enough good things about Melissa and the support that she has shown me and my family. Welcome home is an understatement!

Rondell and staff in the office are great. I was searching for a 1 bedroom while still living in Los Angeles, CA. I called and spoke with Rondell over the phone and rented sight unseen. I was VERY nervous about doing so after reading reviews on other websites about the property. Let me be the first to say, EVERYTHING that you read on other sites are flat out lies. This is a GREAT PROPERTY. It's very clean and the units are great.
When I arrived from California the unit was ready to move in. I got here around 3pm and by 3:15 I had keys and by 4:30 I was laying the sofa in my unit. Rondell even watched my puppy for me while I moved in.
Anytime you have a work order, you can submit online (this website) and normally it will be taken care of within hours. The safety of the complex is great. Never had any issues, and for the most part, it is very quiet.
This is a GREAT place to live. Great value..... move here today and don't think twice about it.
